At Florescence Counseling LLC, I believe in the transformative power of holistic and somatic therapy for individuals facing the challenges of OCD, trauma, and/or addictions. This practice is dedicated to helping those who are ready to embark on a healing journey, empowering them to reclaim their lives from the grasp of obsessive-compulsive disorder-related issues and trauma. While you may have or receive a diagnosis, the belief that someone is more than a diagnosis is central to the practice perspective on healthcare and human relationships is central to this practice. I value seeing individuals for their unique strengths, talents, and individuality, and I strive to foster empathy and understanding beyond their medical labels. With a compassionate and personalized approach, I'm here to support you on your path to recovery and self-discovery.

Are We A Good Fit?
We May Be a Good Fit If:
You’re ready to dive deeper into understanding and healing the root causes of your challenges.
You’re open to trying experiential approaches, including somatic (body-based) work and exploring emotions, memories, and patterns in new ways.
You’re looking for therapy that involves active, evidence-based modalities like EMDR, IFS, or ERP to create meaningful change.
You’re committed to doing the work both in and outside of sessions, whether that’s through self-reflection, practicing coping skills, or engaging in assigned exercises.
You value a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space to explore your experiences and identity.
We May Not Be a Good Fit If:
You’re looking primarily for a space to share weekly updates without a specific focus.
You’re uncomfortable with modalities like EMDR, IFS, or ERP, which involve exploring emotions, memories, or physical sensations as part of the healing process.
You’re seeking crisis intervention or emergency support, as my practice cannot provide those services.
You’re looking for couples or family therapy, as I specialize in working with individuals.
You are seeking services for topics unrelated to trauma, addictions/substance use, and/or OCD.
