At Florescence Counseling LLC, I believe in the transformative power of holistic and somatic therapy for individuals facing the challenges of OCD, trauma, and/or addictions. I offer individual therapy with a focus on healing from trauma, working through addictions and substance use, and supporting recovery from OCD. This practice is dedicated to helping those who are ready to embark on a healing journey, empowering them to reclaim their lives. While you may have or receive a diagnosis, the belief that someone is more than a diagnosis is central to the practice perspective on healthcare and human relationships. I value seeing individuals for their unique strengths, talents, and individuality, and I strive to foster empathy and understanding beyond their medical labels. With a compassionate and personalized approach, I'm here to support you on your path to recovery and self-discovery.

Therapy here is tailored to you, drawing from a mix of evidence-based approaches—including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Inference-Based CBT (ICBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Whether you're looking for something more structured or more exploratory, we’ll find the right fit—virtually or in person in Wexford, PA.
